Cold Decked Cranberry Salad

(First introduced @ "Little Hill Casino"  April 2007)

What you will need:

There are really no measurements so if you want more of a particular ingredient, just add more to liking.

One Salad bowl sized to how many portions you plan to serve

One bag of Romaine lettuce

Dried cranberries

Crumbled Feta cheese

"Emerald" glazed walnuts

"Original Girards'" White Balsamic salad dressing (I have only found this at Ralph's so far)

Preparation:

Mix ingredients in salad bowl, coat with dressing, and toss.

Serve and enjoy!
