This Month’s query:
Since she is on such a hot streak, what are the odds that Brawny Chips (1st thru 4th) her way to the finish line (year's end), or anyone for that matter?
With only five month's to go and a player on such a roll, I think it's only fitting to present such a query. Can she, or any player make a top four finish for the last five months?
We are going to use 14 players as our standard for this wager.
If we have 14 players attend, we can see that there are 4 places of finishing (1st thru 4th) and that gives us 4 out of 14 chance of chipping.
If the same number of players attend each month, then the same odds apply, so we just have to multiple 14 over 4 five times which gives us 537,824 over 1024, and that breaks down to 525 to 1
I'll take the wager at 500 to 1 with a max bet of one measly nickel... sorry but this is only for fun!
